Human Rights and Public Law

Ontario recently passed a law that will remove the Human Rights Commission from most human rights cases. This means that you are more likely to need a lawyer in a human rights complaint than you were before. Jason will review your case and help you decide whether to file a complaint. If you have a complaint filed against you, Jason will listen to your side of the story and help you defend your rights.
