Real Estate, Property, Municipal and Development Law

Whether you are buying, selling, renting, leasing, mortgaging, upgrading, subdividing or developing property, you should have a lawyer to help you understand the law and protect your interests. If you are interested in a zoning application near you or have concerns about the environment, a lawyer can help you understand your rights and take action.

Jason has been published in the Digest of Municipal and Planning Law and the Ontario Expropriation Association newsletter. Jason understands how to negotiate with politicians, speak at public meetings and get you a fair deal. If you need to go the Ontario Municipal Board, Jason will prepare your case and appear on your behalf.

Recently, Jason represented a major GTA land developer on a $12 million purchase of 58.9 acres of vacant land in the Duffin Heights and South Seaton neighbourhoods. He has successfully converted the lands to absolute title plus in preparation for development.
